1.  Introduction

Welcome to our Perfect Bond website. You must agree to our terms and conditions before you access or use the website. By using our website you are agreeing to our terms and conditions - so read them carefully. They are updated regularly, so check them regularly. If you are not willing to agree with our terms and conditions, then you must not use our website.

You must be 18 years old to use the Perfect Bond website.

This Perfect Bond website and any contract related to it is governed by the laws of England and Wales. However this does not prevent you from using or registering with us if you are based outside England and Wales provided that there is nothing in your local law that would override any of these terms.

You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations in the use of the website.

2. Charges

Perfect Bond site usage and/or subscription fees are given to you upon registration. The fees may change from time to time - we will inform you via the website. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason or no reason. Perfect Bond may terminate your membership upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to us or via any other method in its sole discretion. If Perfect Bond terminates your membership in the website service because you have breached this Agreement, in the sole discretion of Perfect Bond, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees and thereby you agree to waive any claim to such refund of fees. Even after this Agreement is terminated certain provisions will remain in effect, namely Sections 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, inclusive, of this Agreement.

3. User Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when you complete the registration and/or subscription form. You agree to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If any information about you which you provide, including photographs, is untrue, inaccurate, obsolete, incomplete or misleading, Perfect Bond has the right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the website.

4. Privacy of Information

Perfect Bond will keep confidential all information given by or about you which is not considered public information, including but not limited to information provided during the registration process and e-mail communications transmitted through the website. Perfect Bond will not disclose such information to any third parties without your consent, except that you agree Perfect Bond may do so if such information is already in the public domain, is required to be disclosed by law, by a governmental agency or to protect the interests of Perfect Bond or its members or where there have been substantial and serious breaches of the terms and conditions.

You understand and agree that Perfect Bond may access the content of your account to enable us to identify and resolve technical problems or service complaints. Emails sent internally through the Perfect Bond website may be routinely monitored to ensure the service is being used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Perfect Bond works with agents, contractors and suppliers both in the UK and other countries to maintain and develop the site. We will oblige such third parties not to pass your personal data to any other party nor to use the data for any purpose except that specifically stated by Perfect Bond.

5. Changes

Perfect Bond may need to modify, discontinue or suspend temporarily or permanently, the website without notice but shall where reasonably practicable, give reasonable notice of any intention to do so. If you continue to use the website after having received notice of changes to the website, it will constitute your acceptance of any such changes.

Perfect Bond may need to amend and alter this Agreement for valid business and/or technical reasons. In such circumstances Perfect Bond will post the amended Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy on the website and they will come into force immediately. If you do not accept the amendments you have the right to terminate any agreement you may have with Perfect Bond and you should stop using the website. You may not alter this Agreement without the express written agreement of Perfect Bond.

6. User Undertakings

You understand and agree that Perfect Bond may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment Perfect Bond violates the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Perfect Bond and/or its members.

You are solely responsible for the content that you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the Prefect Bond website or transmit to other Perfect Bond members.

You must not attack or undermine the traditions or beliefs of any Christian via the Perfect Bond website, whether directly or indirectly.

Perfect Bond will investigate and take appropriate action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the site or service and terminating the membership of such violators. The following is a partial list of the kind of content that is illegal or prohibited on the site - it includes content that: is patently offensive to the online community, such as content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; harasses or advocates harassment of another person or invades their privacy; involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited commercial e-mail or "spam"; promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous; promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files; contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page); displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind; provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18; provides content that involves cursing, swearing, incest, falsifying gender, violence, necrophilia, impersonating another member, threat of suicide or harm to oneself or others, drug paraphernalia, or bestiality; provides instructions/ information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses; solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; sending advertisements in chat or instant messaging messages; and engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.

You must use the Perfect Bond service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained herein without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to bypass or to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Perfect Bond website. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

You may not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Perfect Bond members. Although Perfect Bond cannot monitor the conduct of its members off the Perfect Bond website, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any member without their prior explicit consent.

You agree not to copy or reproduce in any form in whole or in part anything published on the Perfect Bond website.

7. Storage

Perfect Bond shall not be responsible for storing any information or materials on your behalf. You are advised to maintain any backup copies of all information that you wish to preserve.

8. Proprietary Rights

You acknowledge and agree that content and information, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, or other material contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented to you by Perfect Bond, its partners or advertisers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws.

You acknowledge and agree that you are permitted to use this material and information for your personal, non-commercial use or as expressly authorised by Perfect Bond, its partners or advertisers, and may not copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works of such content or information without express authorisation from its author.

You acknowledge and agree that any material you post on any area on the Perfect Bond website that is accessible to the public will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and Perfect Bond may use such material in any medium for any purpose, including but not limited to the reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting of such material in advertising and promotions.

Perfect Bond owns all copyright and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the website.

You confirm that you are the author of any photographs you provide to Perfect Bond and that you own the copyright in such photographs. You assign all copyright and any other intellectual property rights in the photographs. You agree to indemnify Perfect Bond for any claim brought against Perfect Bond for intellectual property right infringement and/or passing off.

9. Dealings with Third Parties

Perfect Bond is not an agent of any third party named or linked to the website or any registered or non-registered user of the website ("Third Party") and does not have authority to act for any Third Parties. You agree that Perfect Bond (to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law) shall have no liability to you in relation to any dispute which you may have with a Third Party.

Perfect Bond does not control any information provided by Third Parties which is made available on the website. Your correspondence, transactions or other dealings with Third Parties available on or linked through the website, including but not limited to payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such Third Parties.

Anything you publish on the website, including but not limited to e-mails sent via the website and photographs of you is done so at your own risk.

Perfect Bond does not monitor what Third Parties publish on the website. Perfect Bond does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such parties or resources.

You agree not to hold Perfect Bond liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of: the presence, availability or non-availability of the Third Parties on or through the website; any dealings with such parties, including but not limited to attendance at events advertised; or purchase or use of goods or services offered on or through the website.

10. Limitation Of Liability

Perfect Bond accepts unlimited liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by its negligence and such other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the preceding sentence, you agree that Perfect Bond shall not be liable for loss of profit, revenue or business or contracts or indirect or consequential loss however arising, including negligence even if such loss or damage was foreseeable and/or brought to the attention of Perfect Bond.

Subject to the two preceding paragraphs above, the total aggregate liability arising out of any claim in contract, negligence, tort (or other legal liability) pursuant to these terms and conditions shall not in any circumstances exceed [£500].

The exclusions and limitations contained in the above three paragraphs shall each be construed separately. If any provision is found by a court to be unenforceable or void then the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Perfect Bond has no control over third party content and information which can be accessed using the website. Perfect Bond is excluded from all liability of any kind arising from such content or information. Except for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, Perfect Bond shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage arising from use of the website.

Perfect Bond reserves the right to remove any information/material deemed to be in breach of any of these terms without notice, and without prejudice to any other accrued rights, and/or to make available such information/material when required to do so by law or when requested to do so by regulatory bodies or law enforcement information.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Perfect Bond and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any loss, cost, damage, claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party or incurred or suffered by Perfect Bond or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees arising from a breach of this Agreement, the content you transmit to or through the website, as well as your conduct on or arising from your use of the website.

In the event that Perfect Bond is entitled to be indemnified by you pursuant to the preceding paragraph and/or you are in breach of this Agreement you agree that Perfect Bond may contact you through the information provided to Perfect Bond by you.

12. General

Neither party shall be liable for any breach of this Agreement due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
